You don’t need software or scripts or anything.
There is actually a keyboard shortcut that does this:

Ctrl-Shift-N

common, try it out.
you know you want to!

Your APP helped me a lot thus saving me a lot of time…..
I needed to create 49 new folders named & serialized so i created 50 NEW folders using your great program & then renamed & serialized them using another great little program called ReNamer from: http://www.den4b.com/ and saved lots & lots of time.

If your using windows 7 , then i recommend a simple short cut

CTRL + SHIFT + N

That will create a new folder in explorer.
