Little update, minimum requirements are controlpanel with at least the same ease of use as Plesk which means: Crontabs, Databasemanager, Detailed DNS settings, mailsettings (autoreply, groups, …) and subdomains.

The only downside is, that it’s not really cheap but rather aiming for medium – big sites, who need lots of bandwith and diskspace.
